I work with medical affairs and marketing teams, CPD bodies, membership organisations, academic institutions, CROs, biotechs, medical device companies, not-for-profits and patient organisations on:
HCP clinical education (advisory board summaries, scientific exchange materials, KOL interview synthesis, conference highlights, sales aid scientific content)
CPD-accredited programs (RACGP, ACRRM, ACP online modules, clinical audits, seminar agendas, filmed GP and specialist interviews)
Patient education and support program content (decision support, treatment adherence and behaviour change, rare and chronic disease education, treatment journey content)
Plain-language and inclusive health communication for not-for-profit and public health audiences (behaviour change campaigns, inclusive communication audits)
What I bring to projects is a focus on whether the content actually works for the people receiving it, not just whether it's accurate or compliant. Clinicians and patients are usually meeting health information under pressure. The content has to hold up under those conditions.
Previous roles include Head of Medical Education at Australian Doctor Group and Content Strategy and Medical Education Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim. Additional agency affiliation through Healthlink Agency, a boutique medical communications and healthcare marketing agency.
