About Me

Brisbane, QLD
I am a medical writer and editor passionate about using my excellent communication skills to help progress research efforts, improve patient outcomes and inform technical and lay audiences.

I write for a variety of healthcare communications agencies - including copywriting (RTEs, eDMs, LBHs, advertorials, scripts, booklets/brochures etc.) for patient and medical professional education, pharmaceutical product information and medical writing for global specialist events (i.e., symposiums, congresses), with my involvement extending to the organisation of these events through briefing, slide deck compilation and speaker correspondence/preparation.

I have completed an internship with The Medical Republic, contributing written content and pitches across a range of topics for weekly GP-targeted newsletters, as part of the editorial team, and assisting with uploading and publishing of articles. In this role I demonstrated an adaptable working approach, excellent time management/organisation and outstanding communication skills. I have also written and proofread for The Limbic.

I have a strong background and skills in biomedical research and can offer a broad array of writing and editing services to help progress your projects, both on a freelance and contractual basis.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
