Experience

Hester has a substantial background in publications-writing, editing, commissioning, project and program management-across a range of subject matter, including health, science, technology, finance and sport. She has extensive experience in writing, editing and managing the production of newsletters, magazines and reports and is credited as editor in a number of recent books.
Before establishing her company in 1989, Hester spent twelve years as a communication manager in the public and private sectors. She has taught public relations strategy and professional writing skills at the University of Canberra and lectured in business communication.
Current and recent clients include CSIRO, health consumer groups, and many government departments and agencies, including NHMRC and the Commonwealth Departments of Health & Aged Care.
